Culinaria square 2010… we’ll be there.

For the second consecutive year, Culinaria Square will be organized in Brussels from June 3rd to 6th.

This event is quite unique in Belgium as it is a 4 days event gathering 16 of the best chefs from the country (a total of 26 Michelin stars are counted). Every day, the chefs and their team will cook a highly refined menu that visitors will be able to buy for an attractive price (45€ for a 4 courses menu, 40€ pre-sales)

Last year, it’s about 14.000 people who visited Culinaria. And as last year, many other perfromances will be suggested every day to the visitors through 11 workshops : Chocolate Square, Wine Square, Coffee Square, Kidchen Square, Champagne Square, Cocktail Square and many others…

For foreign visitors (from Germany, France or The Netherlands), special prices are available via Thalys.

La Grenouillère @ Omnivore Food Festival 2010

Extra Créateur 2010 du Carnet de Route Omnivore 2010 (sortie prévue aujourd’hui), Alexandre Gauthier est invité à fouler la scène du festival afin d’y présenter ses dernières créations. Il en profite pour présenter un film d’inspiration « Dexterienne », histoire d’en savoir un peu plus sur l’Alexandre d’aujourd’hui, sa cuisine, ses restaurants, son monde là haut près du Touquet…

Trio @ Omnivore Food Festival 2010

When Trio is on the scene, there is suddenly a lovely silence in the room. The audience is listening, watching, enjoying… An impressive demo performed smoothly with deep focus in the nordics roots, bringing a lot of sensibility on each dish cooked live. A great and convincing performance being one of the highlight of the event.  And for me being there twice during the last 6 months, i know for sure their restaurant will be of one of hot place to visit in coming months… You know what you have to do now.
